Magnolia Center has been serving the community for nearly forty years. Our office space is an incubator for new businesses including high-tech companies and exporters. We have always had a family owned and operated businesses rather than national franchises as a majority of our tenants.
The building was built in the Neo-Modernist style which was popular around the late 1950's. Notice the long straight lines of the building and all the right angles. We have worked hard to preserve this look of the building by resisting the urge to keep up with the current fashion by giving the building a "face lift". The colors of the building, however, have been changed from their original earthen tones to a blue-gray and white color scheme.
