Property ProfileOur second story office space is an incubator for new businesses including high-tech companies, finance copanies, and exporters. We have always had a family owned and operated businesses rather than national franchises as a majority of our tenants. The building was built in the Neo-Modernist style which was popular around the late 1950's. Notice the long straight lines of the building and all the right angles. We have worked hard to preserve this look of the building by resisting the urge to keep up with the current fashion by giving the building a "face lift".
