Office and Retail Space

Also, a brief description of your business would be helpful. Office Space is suited for light office use, not suitable for retail businesses. Please see restrictions before you contact me. Thanks.

	Single office ~Aprox (280-305) sq. ft and Double office ~(570-600 )sq. ft. respectively.  (Office sizes vary. Offices not priced by floor size. Offices cannot be sub-divided.)
	Located at Magnolia Center in the heart of Orange County.
	ATT DSL service available.
	Electricity and Air Conditioning Included.
	Private entrance.  Telephone entry  system (restricted access).  Only tenants and their invitees are permitted into the building.  Door-to-Door sales people will not waste your time.
	Convenience Store, Hair/Nail Salon, and Restaurants are located on the first story of Magnolia Center.
	Month to Month agreement.
	You will not be talked into a long-term lease you may regret.  If you change your mind about going into business, that's fine.  Just give 30 days notice.
	No additional CAM fees or surprise charges.
	No need to waste time every day finding a space in a parking structure.

	Offices cannot be used as a residence and that you must obtain a business license.
	I understand offices cannot be used late night or overnight.

Office Space is not appropriate for:

• marijuana sales(including marijuana dispensing, medical marijuana, herbal pharmacy, nutrition center, Medical Cannabis, cannibals courier service, or whatever you want to call it) Please do not call me if you are in the marijuana business. We understand that they told you to call inexpensive offices at the recent seminar.
• telemarketing
• residences (apartment use),
• legal services
• entertainment businesses (Talent agencies, music sales/production, web broadcasts, dancing… etc.)
• adult oriented businesses (including massage parlor, video rentals, lingerie …)
• auto (Auto sales-dealer-wholesale auto sales--auto broker--auto consultant--auto/truck rental (DMV license not possible))
• music practice
• food prep
• child care (school)
• recycling
• Group meetings( including AA, religious services, and psychological therapy)
• Retail businesses / Employment center
• and any business that may conflict with that of existing tenants. 

Please do not call me if you want to do one of these activities.

All offices are on 2nd floor. We cannot accommodate you if you need to be in your office late night or overnight. All tenants are required to obtain a Stanton business permit from the City of Stanton.  A credit check and criminal background check are required of all applicants.  Additionally, your photo will be taken for identification purposes.
